The Hatsan 1000X Striker Wood is a spring-piston, single-shot break barrel air rifle built for solid, repeatable shooting with both lead and lead-free pellets. Offered in .177, .22, and .25 calibers, it delivers notable power with max velocities up to 1300 fps, driven through a rifled German steel barrel for consistent flight.
Setup is straightforward and geared toward control. The combo includes a classic wood stock with an ambidextrous Monte Carlo cheek piece and checkering on the grip and forearm, plus a rubber butt pad to steady the rifle under recoil. A fully adjustable rear sight with green fiber optics, hooded front sight with red fiber optic, and a multi-coated Optima 3–9×32 scope with dovetail rings mount on the 11 mm optics dovetail and metal scope stop.
In the hands, the 1000X Striker Wood feels composed and ready for regular use. The metal trigger blade gives a positive trigger press, while the spring-piston action and 6 lb weight keep the rifle grounded as you shoot.
